🌧️ Monsoon means more hunger pangs and a need for warm, comfort food! And what better than our very own moong dal cheelas – but with a fun twist for kids?

🛒 Ingredients:

🟡 1 cup soaked moong dal
🟢 1 small carrot (grated)
🟢 1 small beetroot (grated – optional for color!)
🧂 Salt (as per taste)
🌿 A pinch of cumin seeds
🥄 Ghee or oil (for cooking)

🍳 How to Make:

1️⃣ Blend the soaked moong dal with a little water to make a smooth batter.
2️⃣ Add veggies, salt, and cumin seeds. Mix well.
3️⃣ Heat a non-stick pan and pour a small portion to make mini pancakes.
4️⃣ Drizzle ghee and cook from both sides.
5️⃣ Once done, roll them up like mini frankies and serve with curd or chutney.
