π₯ 1. Egg & Cheese Muffin Cups
A protein-packed, mess-free breakfast β and super cute too! π§
π Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- ΒΌ cup chopped veggies (spinach, capsicum, corn)
- Grated cheese π§
- Salt & pepper to taste
- A muffin tray (or small steel bowls)

- Whisk eggs with salt, pepper, and veggies.
- Pour into greased muffin tray/bowls and top with cheese.
- Bake at 180Β°C for 10β12 minutes or steam in a kadhai/idli cooker.
Great for school tiffin too! π±
π§ 2. Peanut Butter & Banana Wraps
Nutritious, filling, and ready in under 5 minutes!
π Ingredients:
- 1 whole wheat roti or tortilla
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 banana, sliced
- A drizzle of honey (optional) π―

- Spread peanut butter over the roti/tortilla.
- Place banana slices and roll it up like a wrap.
- Slice into bite-sized pieces for a fun sushi-style breakfast!
Use almond butter or Nutella occasionally for a twist! π«
π§ 3. Stuffed Suji Cheela (Semolina Pancake)
Crispy, colorful, and full of flavour!
π Ingredients:
- Β½ cup suji (semolina)
- 2 tbsp curd
- Chopped onion, tomato, capsicum
- Salt, turmeric, cumin powder
- Cheese (optional for stuffing)

- Mix suji + curd + veggies + spices + water to make a pourable batter.
- Spread on a hot tawa like a pancake and cook till crisp.
- Add grated cheese before folding, if your kid loves cheesy fillings!
Tastes like a mini pizza and goes great with ketchup or chutney! π
